Perbandingan Efektivitas Bacillus thuringiensis dengan Teknologi Ozon dalam pengendalian hama Spodoptera litura pada daun cabai (Capsicum annum)

Abstrak. Hama ulat grayak (S. litura) merupakan salah satu hama yang menyebabkan daun berlubang tidak beraturan, sehingga mengganggu proses fotosintesis mengurangi produksi tanaman cabai perlu dilakukan penanganan hama. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat perbandingan efektivitas B. thuringiensis dengan teknologi ozon dibangkitkan melalui reaktor Dielectric Barier Discharge Plasma dalam mengendalikan S. litura pada di laboratorium.Metode terdiri beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) Pemeliharaan larva (2) Perlakuan dan Pengujian Ozon terhadap (3) Toksisitas Isolat Bt litura. Parameter ini tentang mortalitas (%), perubahan persentase populasi (%). pemberian Bacillus sangat efektif Spodoptera litura, hal terlihat 1 hari setelah aplikasi (HSA) sudah tampak (kematian), sedangkan perlakuan baru 3 (HSA). Hasil penurunan jumlah bakteri lebih cepat ke 4 0 hidup, sampai 10 HSA masih tersisa 20 % litura.Comparison of the Effectiveness with Ozone Technology in pest control chili leaf (Capsicum annum)Abstract.  research method consisted several stages, namely Maintenance larvae treatment and testing Toxicity isolates against litura.The results will reveal about mortality (%),and change population percentage very effective it seen day after application caterpillar showed (death), while only appeared days decrease number 
 bacteria were faster 4th (HSA), live caterpillars, until 10th DSA still remained 20% pests.
